What we expect from professionals working through FUNDI.
Applications are made in the FUNDI app. You will be asked for a National ID number and document, a photo of yourself, and evidence of your skills such as certificates or references where your trade requires them.
Our team reviews every application manually. You cannot receive job requests or appear to customers until your application is approved.
Your profile, the services you list, and the areas you cover must reflect work you are genuinely qualified and available to do. Tell us when this changes.
Turn up when you have accepted a job, keep your status in the app honest, give a fair quote before starting, and complete the work to a reasonable standard. Treat every customer and their property with respect.
You set your own quote for each job, and the customer approves it before work begins. Do not ask for additional payment outside the app for work that was included in the agreed quote.
Customers can report issues against any job. We review complaints and may ask you for your account of what happened. Upheld complaints, repeated no-shows, or going offline after accepting work lead to a warning, suspension, or removal from the platform.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and must not let anyone else use it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Contact us through the app or this website if anything here is unclear.
