How FUNDI handles the information you give us through this website.
This policy explains what happens to information you enter on the FUNDI website. The FUNDI mobile app collects additional information needed to book and complete jobs; that is covered by the privacy notice shown inside the app.
Only what you type into a form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, the topic you selected, your message, and your phone number if you chose to add one. If you ask to be notified when the app launches, we receive your name and email address. We do not require an account to browse this site.
We use your details to reply to you, and — if you asked to be notified — to tell you when the FUNDI app is available. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Form submissions are delivered to the inbox and support tools our team uses to answer you. The coverage map on our homepage is served by Mapbox, which receives the network request needed to load that image. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Launch notification details are kept until the app has launched and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to remove them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the support address on our contact page and we will action your request.
